Medicare Part D 2027: Deductible, Out-of-Pocket Cap and Base Premium
The official 2027 Part D figures from CMS beside 2026: the deductible, the out-of-pocket cap, the national base premium and the income surcharge on top.
For 2027, the Medicare Part D standard deductible is $700 (up from $615), the annual out-of-pocket cap is $2,400 (up from $2,100), and the national base beneficiary premium is $41.33 a month (up from $38.99). All three are official CMS figures. Your own premium is set by your plan.

Part D IRMAA: the income surcharge
If your modified adjusted gross income from two years earlier is above the first threshold, you pay a monthly Part D surcharge on top of your plan premium.
