All calculations run locally in your browser. QuantCalc does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial data. License keys are managed through Creem, which has its own privacy policy.

QuantCalc, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of its creator(s). The Professional tier grants a license to use white-labeled reports in a commercial advisory context. It does not grant ownership of the underlying software.

QuantCalc PRO and QuantCalc Advisor are digital licenses delivered immediately upon payment. All sales are final. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that performance of the contract has begun and you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal under European Union Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 regulation 37(1)(a), and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions.
Refunds will be issued only (i) where required by non-waivable law, (ii) where a verified product defect prevents activation and QuantCalc cannot resolve the defect within seven days of a reproducible report, or (iii) for duplicate or fraudulent charges evidenced by our payment processor's records. Initiating a payment-card chargeback without first contacting [email protected] within fourteen days of purchase is a material breach of these Terms. QuantCalc reserves the right to revoke the associated license, permanently suspend service to the buyer, and recover the chargeback amount, processor penalties, and enforcement costs we incur as a result.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
